THIS CLASS IS A MUST!

This is an amazing class! This is a must have for the holidays. They well at craft shows for up to $50.00! I had to buy one from Tiffany for the display and of course we had to make it fit the theme of the store. I even sprayed it with some pearl glimmer mist which made it look like glistening snow all over it. (I just love that stuff!) You will have your own custom designed one. Tiffany is teaching this class and she is such a sweetie! The class is scheduled at different time to try to meet every ones schedules so everyone can take it. If you have a time that works better for you and have a group of three or more please call the store and we will see if we can work it in.

CLOCK

I thought I would share this clock with you. It was from the Scrap Pink Weekend. I just love it and had to spray it with some glimmer mist to give it that added "bling". It is just a heart cut out of styrofoam. Come check it out at the store. Would be a great class!

ANOTHER BOX CAME...beautiful textured papers

Another huge box came.... I think I went a little crazy at this booth at Memory Trends. They had the most beautiful papers. I love textured and sparkle papers for Christmas Card. There was more of the silver or gold mirror paper that came in also. I also got in all the ones they carry for weeding which they are breathtaking! They are all just a slight off white but different textures and some even feel like fabric. All the new papers are marked with a post it dot on their rack to make them easier to spot.

BABY TEETH EMBELLISHMENTS FINALLY HERE!!!!

If you remember these were the best new item I found at Summer CHA in July. Well they had production problems and we finally got them in today. They are the most amazing thing. There is a spot for each baby tooth and then it fits in your scrapbook, a box or a round tin. I do not even know with my kids which teeth belong to each child. I wish this product were around when my kids were little.

You know you're a scrapbooker if.....

You bought a puppy just to use all the cute puppy scrapbook supplies out now.

CLASS CALENDAR IS UP FOR OCTOBER

Go to www.ptdiva.com and click on calendar. Very full month!

It is raining out so a slow day at the store. It is always so hard to get up in the morning when the sun is not shining in the window. Hopefully many of you are still asleep this morning.

There are a few spots open for the October 6th Diva Night if anyone is interested. There is a TV in the Diva Crop room for anyone that wants to watch the football game.

You know you're a scrapbooker if....

You buy more paper than shoes. (whew! sure glad that it said shoes and not purses as it would be a toss up for me. I am a purse nut!) hee hee

Tip..Half sheets of letters.

How many of you half half used sheets of letters? Not enough letter left to spell anything? Well take solid card stock and put the letters randomly all over it. I combine many different types of letters. It make custom paper for school layouts.

You can also mix letter styles to make words. It make a very artistic look to your lettering.

If you have any tips mail them to ptdiva@ptdiva.com and put the word "tips" in the subject line. We will be happy to share them with the group.

Today hubby let me sleep in and got the kids off to school. Isn't he a sweetie! Liz also stayed home from school and slept in. She has been so shaken up since the accident and had trouble sleeping last night. I remember the first time someone hit me, I heard the crash in my head for over a year. I am just thankful that no one got hurt last night.

I am so excited about October!!!!! This month will be amazing at the store. All the new products from Memory Trends are coming in daily and we have so much on sale to make room. We are adding more to the clearance racks every day. And no messing around with slowly marking things down. It is 50% off!!! We want it gone quickly as the more that goes, the more room there is for new. The classes will be up on the web site by tomorrow which is http://www.ptdiva.com/. The schedule is packed full for October! Time to get making those Christmas gifts.
