I guess if you ever wanted to see the craziness that goes on after hours, Remington captured it. LOL I had no idea an ipod could even take video's. It has been great having him at the store and we compliment each other very well. I have been praying for the right partner at work for a few years and waiting patiently and Remington is it. Stop by and meet him.

LIZ LEAVES TOMORROW

I have not been blogging or doing many classes the last month as my baby girl has been getting ready to head to UNL. Miss Liz leaves tomorrow to move into UNL. I am very proud of her going to college. She wants to be a teacher. If you want to send her wishes for college her email is idontremembersodontask@yahoo.com (yes that is really her email address) LOL

We will get classes and crops going again in September. Lots of new ones also as Remington has been working away on lots of new ideas.

We sell lots of individual gems and we sell a glue you can even put through the dishwasher it is so strong. Be creative and look for things to bling around your space. :)

SCRAPS

We had our crop at HyVee yesterday and I bought 2000 parts to make buttons and planned on doing them the whole time. Well when I sat down to do them they never sent me any backs. I was panicking wondering what I was going to do until midnight. Well my friend Amy who created the "My Monster Designs" books we sell in our store was there. She had some of her blank books in her car. The really funny thing is I stopped at a garage sale that had some scrapbook stuff on the way to the crop. I bought a grab bag of embellishments and a bag of ribbon and some scrapbook paper. (Is that a God thing or what) I created both books using just what I got at that garage sale plus I borrowed ink from a lady cropping and bought glue at HyVee. Both books kept me busy until midnight. LOL

Y-O-U were letters cut out of a piece of the paper

Flower is just ribbon twisted and glued onto a circle. Leaves I did borrow a neighbors embossing machine to give them some texture.

There was one chipboard letter in the grab bag and I created "B-a family" out of it.

PRECIOUS TREASURES WELCOMES REMINGTON

We just hired Remington to get an internet store going and run it. He just moved to Fremont and is attending Midlands college. A plus is that he loves photography!
