Today I had to close to go get my kids from school and I figured it would take about 15 minutes, and it took about 30 as they did not come right out. I got back to a nasty note from a customer saying it took more than 15 minutes and next time they will go to Archivers. Well my response to that I am sorry but I will ALWAYS put my kids before my job. I am a single mom just trying to survive this economy and if I could afford to hire someone today to be there when I had to get them, I would, but that is not the case. Tara or Remington are usually there but there are some days I have to get them.
