CROP FOR THE CURE...A HUGE SUCCESS

Crop for the Cure was a huge success this year. The old Chicago Cutlery bay at the mall was also filled with tables this year and was packed full of croppers. Everyone was full of smiles and having a great time. Our classes were all full and customers loved the digital classes. We will have out next one Sunday November 11th at 2pm. This one will be more hands on.

Santa made a surprise visit to the crop and there was a photographer that took pictures for a donation to the cause. Rosemary and I practically did a photo shoot with him.

Cheryl Greens husband was there and he is the one I call the Scrapbookers Sugar Daddy and I surprised him with one of the "I'm a scrapbookers Sugar Daddy" shirts. He LOVED it! Cheryl and Keith are such a nice couple and worked so hard on the event. Their was breakfast, lunch and dinner at the event, we did make and takes with everyone, a holiday boutique, garage sale, silent auction and lots of raffles. This event fills up fast so if you are interested in coming next year sign up early.
